The Perkiomen Valley School District is seeking a temporary instructional paraprofessional (library assistant) at Middle School East. This position is available immediately through the end of the 2025-26 school year. The hourly rate is $21.00 and the hours are 7:40 am - 3:10 pm.
Teacher certification is not required, however it is preferred.
This position assists with book selections, locating materials for staff and students, circulation of materials, technology and printing issues, and overseeing the Chromebook Service Center loaners.
The candidate will perform clerical library duties including but not limited to updating and preparing information in the circulation system, maintaining materials managed by the library and verifying their location, and preparing circulation reports.
