    Terms of Employment:  7 hours per day:  184 days per year
     
    Job Requirements:
      
    1.     Minimum of a high school diploma.
    2.     Proficient in computer applications.
    3.     Typing skills preferred.
    4.     Ability to work cooperatively with the public, administration and staff, students and  
            maintain confidentiality
     
     
    Minimum Responsibilities:
     
    • Check library books in and out.
    • Checking in and bar coding new materials.
    • Assist classes, teachers, and students in research materials.
    • Supervision of students in library.
    • Assist with typing purchase orders and taking inventory.
    • Being in charge of library in absence of librarian.
    • Promoting the library to teachers for research, projects, etc.
    • Assist teachers in acquiring research material for projects.
    • Assist students in acquiring research material, reading material, SSR material.
    • Accept any other responsibilities given by the librarian, principal and assistant principal.
