NEOGEN is seeking a Sample Librarian to join our team! The Librarian team is responsible for the maintenance of all sample inventory. To be a successful inventory clerk you must be able to strive in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday - Friday during training (8 hour shifts)
• Wednesday - Saturday post training (10 hour shifts)

Essential Duties:

• Pull samples, orders, tasks and plates for the labs and customers
• Fulfill internal and external order requests
• Catalog, organize, and track sample inventory, both short and long term
• Monitors and maintains day-to-day inventory levels
• Manage sample sendbacks and disposals

• Independent Worker
• Comfortable working at a fast pace
• Organized
• Excellent Attention to Detail

Work Environment:

• Reports to Lab Supervisor
• Time will be split between a laboratory setting and storage locations (freezer, cooler, warehouse)
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
