Work Experience Description:

Ideal for students who have begun gaining relevant experience and are building their skills through internships, part-time jobs, or significant projects. Typically aimed at sophomores or juniors who have completed a combination of introductory and advanced coursework.

Job Summary

Prepare and manage the music libraries for BYU-Hawaii music ensembles.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Music notation using software especially Dorico

  • Sheet music preparation

  • Orchestration

  • Inventory management

  • Folder check-out management

  • Manuscript and archival research

  • Digital document editing using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat

  • Performs other duties as assigned
