$2,341.60 to $2,575.76 biweekly.  Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.  Central Area/Melbourne Public Library.  Work schedule is variable and includes evenings and weekends.  Performs skilled administrative library work directing the activities of the Melbourne Public Library. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:  A Master's degree from a graduate library school program PLUS three (3) years of professional library experience including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.  Must be available after hours for emergencies.  SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:  When usage statistics change, library employees may be assigned to another library.  In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
