Performs difficult and technical work in outreach and mobile library services, as well as program development and promotion, and support duties for the Pasquotank County Library. This position is responsible for the daily coordination, oversight, and management of the mobile library and outreach services. Work involves program development and scheduling under the supervision of the Branch Manager, relationship development and management with external organizations, agencies, and the general public. Employees in this classification create, support, develop, plan, and market outreach programs and promotional events, and establish relationships with county and community partners. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Library Director and Branch Manager, and is reviewed through observation and public feedback for quality and effectiveness in fulfillment of library objectives as outlined by the Library Director.
