Summary Objective
Under close supervision, provides customer service to patrons by assisting them with various information-gathering and technology use, in addition to performing various library duties, such as working at the circulation desk and reference desk, registering new library cardholders, announcing new library materials to the public, assisting in the search of library materials, adeptly using and exploring library tools, while staying above the learning curve of new information and technology trends; and perform related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (Education will be verified) and one (1) year of general clerical or customer service experience.
