The Lee County Library System is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Reference Librarian to join the team at the Northwest Regional Library, located in Cape Coral, Florida. This position primarily serves adults but also provides daily service and programming for children and teens.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to public service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The library serves as a community hub and a popular after-school destination for teens, offering diverse programming and high levels of community engagement.
