Primary Function
The Data Librarian is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and preserving data from various sources and formats. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the transportation services for Unaccompanied Children (UC) and Family Units (FAMU).
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized. Responsibilities
Manages day-to-day program coordination and administrative requirements.
Supports administrative tasks critical to efficient, compliant operations and effective data management.
Other duties as assigned to support Program Manager and Site Manager.
Job Requirements
Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (an associate degree with two or more years of extra relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, or more than four years of related experience may be substituted for a degree).
Have at least two years or more of documented experience in a field related to business administration, statistics, data analysis, data management or similar occupational area; and ( a minimum of four years of experience is required when an associate’s degree with two or more years of relevant experience is substituted for a bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience in a related field when four years of experience is substituted for a degree).
Demonstrate experience applicable to the goals and objectives of this requirement and appropriate for a similar program environment.
Clean criminal background check, a favorable credit check, and no prior drug use.
Psychological, honesty/integrity validation pre-employment screening and annual re-screening.
Must be proficient in English; able to receive and understand detailed information through oral and written communication.
Must be proficient with computers, common office equipment, and MS Office suite.

Meet the requirements of the contract for all immunizations.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
Must be able to work full time hours, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be a US citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
ORR or ICE experience
CPR/First Aid certification
Bilingual
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time in an office environment.
