Help create a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong
If you enjoy balancing leadership, customer service, and creative programming, you'll feel right at home.

Lead with empathy, accountability, and a people-first mindset
Communicate well with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Like solving problems and keeping things moving
Can guide, train, and evaluate staff with clarity and care
Principles and practices of library science and public service
Supervising, training, and supporting team members
Developing goals, procedures, and service standards

If you're energized by the idea of leading a team, supporting your community, and turning a library Studio into a creative learning playground, we'd love to meet you.
