This is a full-time, FLSA non-exempt position with the Carson City Library, located in Carson City, NV. Under general supervision, provides complex and specialized paraprofessional library support work, including circulation, reference, computer lab, cataloging, patron assistance, and book purchasing/processing.
Individuals may choose between the following Nevada PERS Retirement plans:
Employer-Paid PERS: $22.4517 - $31.4324 hourly / $46,699.64 - $65,379.34 annually
Employee/Employer-Paid PERS: $26.6453 - $37.3034 hourly / $55,422.12 - $77,591.02 annually

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
Equivalent to two (2) years of college level course work in library sciences; AND four (4) years of library customer service/support experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience as determined by Human Resources.
