Assists Support Services Manager with overseeing volunteer services. Duties include but are not limited to recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, providing support and recognition, expanding volunteer services, providing back-up when volunteers are absent, and administrative duties. Essential Duties:
Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree and one-year leadership experience with volunteers in a paraprofessional or professional capacity preferred or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training in a public setting, which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position. Licensing, Certification, and Other Requirements: Possess a valid Arizona driver's license (or obtain one within 30 days) and have a clean driving record, depending on assignment.
