This position provides marketing and technology assistance for adult public programming by the Library. The person in this position is responsible for assisting the Library Program Coordinator. The person works within a general outline of work to be performed; develops work methods and sequences under general supervision.
Requires a high school diploma or GED. Requires at least six (6) months of work experience in customer service in a professional setting.
Requires strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Meta Business Suite experience preferred. Video editing experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and video technology.
Requires strong oral and written communication skills. Requires strong customer service skills.
Performs clerical and manual tasks prescribed by standard practices but which may require attention to detail, computation, the use of several procedures, and the use of independent judgment with obvious choices; requires normal attention for accurate results. Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
Requires a valid State of Florida driver license and satisfactory driving record as a condition of initial and continued employment.
