E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Junior Media Librarian to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO in support of the North American Aerospace Defense Command. NORAD is a United States and Canada bi-national organization charged with the missions of aerospace warning, aerospace control and maritime warning for North America. Aerospace warning includes the detection, validation, and warning of attack against North America whether by aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles, through mutual support arrangements with other commands. 


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Validate the accuracy and tracking delivery of Media Kits across a geographically separated mission. 
  • Process high volumes of media kits for classified shipments to various site locations. 
  • Administer and support scheduling, reviewing, and communicating the state of deliveries with senior leadership and customers. 
  • Support classified courier of documents and/or shipments on and off base. 
  • Log, track, and maintain multiple data bases 
  • Assist in coordinating classified shipment pickups to NSA for destruction
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Detail oriented individual that can follow established instructions 
  • Keen attention for detail 
  • Ability to communicate and document deficiencies within the delivery process 
  • Ability to read and interpret standards, communicating needs across the program 
  • Ability to track and maintain a catalog of all previous and upcoming deliveries 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to manage document baselines for staff delivering artifact changes  
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen 
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance at the required level 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • 1-4 years of relevant experience  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly-collaborative team environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently
