Assistant Library Director

The Assistant Director assists the Library Director in the management, supervision, and administration of the library in accordance with library policies. They are directly responsible for the Circulation Department, Tech Services, and Reference Services. Selects library materials and performs collection maintenance. This is an exempt full-time position with an excellent benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance; IMRF retirement; 12 paid holidays, 3 weeks vacation a year, 8 hours sick leave a month, and 16 bonus hours of leave a year.
